Hey Ben, its been a while since I researched and wrote that article, honestly did not save the research I read at the time (almost never care to) and if absolutely critical I can probably look for it when I have a spare hour or two to find it again but for me and I should have stated it in the article (beauty of hindsight) is that I just look at the world around me. I dont think it's natural to eat so much seed oil, where in nature would we get so much seed oil? We wouldn't and that is the core of it, fat from animals and fish, breast milk and milk of animals is something completely different and is something we would consume in nature. But an industrial seed oil that is heated up just so that we can fry or cook with it is unnecessary in my opinion and the small benefits from vit E and omega 3 are tiny when compared to the potential damage and hazards. I think if you want vit E or omega 3, eat real food that contains it e.g. avocado, fish, eggs and so on. My 2 cents.
